Return & Refund Policy
3.1 14-Day Performance Trial
We want you to feel empowered in every move. If your activewear arrives with a manufacturing defect or the fit does not support your movement, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We offer exchanges or store credit for activewear items (leggings, tops, jackets) in their original, unwashed, and unused condition with all technical tags intact.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
To maintain strict hygiene and health standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Underwear & Base Layers: Any intimate apparel that has been removed from its original hygiene-sealed packaging.
- Washed Apparel: Any item that shows signs of laundering or wear during a workout.
- Flash Sale Items: Products purchased during “Active Pulse” clearance events.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds for defective items are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after our quality audit team in Pakistan inspects the return at our distribution facility.
